ANSWER FROM DIAGNOSTIC WORLD: The iCarsoft BMM V3.0 will allow you to check the genuine mileage in the BMW yes. It will read the mileage from the ECU of the vehicle. Generally (but not in all cases) if the mileage has been changed, it will normally be changed in the instrument cluster, but the ECU also keeps a record of total distance travelled.
