Diagnostic World will offer a 1 year warranty on diagnostic tools. This means that if your item was working fine when you first received it, and then stopped working you are entitled to a repair or failing that a replacement item.

FREE - England, Ireland, Scorland, Wales & Northern Ireland
£15 - European Countries
£25 - North & South America, Africa, Asia & Oceana

Returns
If you are returning an item for a refund you will be responsible for any costs associated.
If you buy the item in error, or change your mind, you will need to return the item and will incur a 10% restocking fee. For example, you buy an item for £50, your total refund would be £45) This is to cover our initial postage costs, reboxing & renewing parts and restocking the item.
For International returns (outside of the UK) the original shipping fee is non refundable.
